Townhomes offer about 1,544 to 1,604 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a private covered lanai, with select plans offering a den or flex space or a 1 car garage. Designer selected finishes come standard. Move-in ready Catalina and Aruba townhomes are currently priced at $249,900, with one Catalina at $239,900, down from about $260K to $268K. HOA dues are $1,200 per year ($300 per quarter) and cover lawn care, landscaping, tree maintenance, and irrigation. There is no CDD. Schools are in Polk County Public Schools: Lake Alfred Elementary, Shelley S. Boone Middle, and Haines City High.
