Only one home remains: the Shelby at 1536 Otter Woods Lane, a move-in ready 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car home with 2,029 sq ft on a large homesite, now priced at $378,800 (originally $409,800). HOA dues are $1,280 per year ($320 per quarter) and there is no CDD. Schools are in the Polk County School District: Walter Caldwell Elementary, Stambaugh Middle, and Auburndale Senior High.
